THE LETTER

THE LETTER FROM

From Max M. Osolé to Макс Левчин

Around 2013 I have written a "letter", in fact, and URL on my website, to Max Levchin, a first investor in the YELP Inc with the sole intent of interesting to make in my ZENDUZ project. The "Letter" was never sent to Max, but it was Indexed by Google and was "searchable".

THE LETTER:

The only purpose of this communication attempt was to draw attention to my new project www.Zenduz.com, an e-mail design software with the potential to become a cross-platform messaging system for companies and businesses.

I'm looking to find an creative partner to launch the Zenduz worldwide.

About YELP Project from 2001 to 2004

1. Short History

Around 2001 I started working on the concept of (as we called it at that time) emotional WEBwith neme Yelp. As a small advertising company we were working for and with Gouden Gids (Yellow pages NL - own by world Directories - part of VNU now Nielsen)

We gave the project name YELP (for yellow help ;-)an online listing  web page with key characteristics like "COMMUNITY" "RESPONSE" "FEEDBACK", "STAR RATING"

On the bottom of this page is a link to the original text from that time.

2. Is there any chance of a connection between my and your Yelp?

A few days ago I read for the first time on Wikipedia, the following sentence about Yelp:

... MRL co-founder, David Galbraith, who had instigated the research into a Yellow Pages style Internet product, came up with the name "Yelp",[6] and the project was launched in 2004...

I have no claims it is just curiosity and to do with my own pride, was I on the right track at the right time (or a bit too early maybe...;-)

3. Still kicking and alive...

I will be bold and ask you to have a look at my last project with a name www.zenduz.com, an online e-mail design software which I have developed with my Kiev friend Maxim (yes one more Max).

Не прийміть за грубість, хочу попросити вас поглянути на мій останній проект www.zenduz.com, це он-лайн редактор листів який Я розробив разом із моїм другом із Києва, Максимом (так ще один Макс)

4. www.zenduz.com

Zenduz is email design software tool (or for any other digital communication platform) made for companies (mainly SME's) with the potential to grow into a communication platform for companies and a fun messaging platform for individuals.

Companies are able to design and send emails (and later any other massages) in their company own style (corporate identity) with Zenduz.

Why Zenduz?
With Zenduz companies can improve their appearance (branding) and increase their professional look and appeal (All research has proven that better design has a great impact on company performance).

As digital messaging is rapidly replacing paper versions, a need for "designing" digital messages is growing sharply. Proper tools are scarce and limited in their functionality.

Zenduz is made to fill this gap in the market and allow the companies to present themselves in the right and professional way, greatly influencing their market performance and awareness between old and new clients, especially in this rushed market environment. Our slogan is Look good or die!

We are looking for investments to make the finishing touches to the app and marketing efforts to bring it to a wide audience worldwide.

Me (MAX) is the sole owner of the company and app.

5. Hope is not a strategy (told to me by my friend D. Ahles)

So I don't hope I just believe that Zenduz deserves a good chance and also has a good chance to be a very useful and popular product and service.

I hope you will agree with me, so please contact me via max@zenduz.com for more details and options on cooperation.

With best regards from Amsterdam

            Marijan Osolé - Max
