I offered the project to Yellow Page NLs (Gouden Gids NL – World directories)
They refused the project, but bought from my company the name YELP (url .nl and .be)
Just few months later in October 2004 YELP.com was founded in the USA.
In December 2009 Google offered $550M for Yelp Inc.
It still feels like someone stole something from me. One day I will try to find out, if this is the case.
